Have been to this hotel 5 times now with the family for quick city breaks, and it is absolutely top draw. the staff is always kind, flexible and welcoming. from the reception where they always try to accomodate early check in, to the pool area with Marco, to the club salon with Jesus and Israel. Food is great. Lots of variety. We always come away happy and relaxed. Cheers to you all.
Marco welcomes me with a smile and my name every time he sees me. He has a great memory for people and has a wonderful focus on serving people and making them feel special. He is one of my favorite people to see working everytime I arrive at the hotel.
We don’t usually review hotels on Google Maps, but the breakfast here is truly remarkable (10/10)!!! By far the best Mexican breakfast of our trip. They offer everything: soups, chilaquiles, barbacoa, quesadillas on black corn tortillas, sunny-side-up eggs, café de olla, fresh juices, pastries, fruits — and I’m sure I’m still missing a few things. You can even carve your own piece of pork! (The second day it was a bit dry, but still very good.) The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (although the AC unit feels a bit 90s ). Overall, our stay was a 10/10. Highly recommended!
Room was big and good maintenance. Every thing was good including breakfast with additional charge almost 500 max for breakfast.
We stayed in a Club room at this hotel. The club lounge staff were excellent and attentive. The staff spoke good English and gave helpful travel recommendations. The evening cocktails and breakfast were both good. The hotel also has a fine lobby and very good cocktail bar. The swimming pool looks good but January wasn’t the time of year to use it.
We stayed at the Junior Suite, spacious room with very big bathroom (double sink and make up table). Nice to have a heated swimming pool in October. Very high service standards. Special thanks to Marco in the Club Lounge, one of the friendliest and most customer friendly people I've met. He's always there to help and to give explanation about the food or even the culture.
Great costumer service. The buffet is wonderful. Alfonso, Rodrigo, and Roque were fantastic. I would definitely come back for the wonderful service at this hotel.
